- Cancellation of the trip due to non-compliance of the above will be 100% non-refundable
- In case of bad weather, any mechanical failure in the boat, act of nature, coastal guard instructions or any unforeseen circumstances, Aquaman Leisure Yachts & Boats Rental reserves the right to reschedule the trip
- Guests should comply with safety requirements as per UAE laws. Any mishaps that occur due to non-compliance will be the sole responsibility of the guests
- Any damage to the boat or to any other assets of Aquaman Leisure Yachts & Boats Rental due to misuse by guests will be the sole responsibility of the guests and Aquaman Leisure Yachts & Boats Rental will have the right to seek financial compensation for it
